How much is shipping?
A flat shipping fee of £3.49 is added to all domestic orders at the checkout. This is to ensure we can track your delivery through the courier service. Shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout for international orders. Free shipping is available on all orders over £25. This will be automatically applied at the checkout. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Please note all domestic orders are 48 hours from the date of dispatch not the date the order was placed.
Can I track my order?
All of our Domestic Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class Delivery. All International Orders will be sent via International Tracked Delivery. Under government guidelines no signature is required on delivery however we are able to track your order online to ensure it has been delivered.
Please look out for tracking information in the order dispatch email. If you are unable to find the tracking details please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.
You will be able to track the status of your order under the 'Track my order' page. If you have any queries about your order then please contact us immediately.
My country isn't listed. Can I order a custom necklace?
We understand that not all countries are listed and are trying our absolute best to add more countries due to the demand. However, we do offer a custom service if you are able to provide a map outline of your chosen country we may be able to order it for you but there will be a lengthy wait time of 60-80 days for delivery. When will my charity donation be made?
Our products marked with a charity donation will be made on a monthly basis as per each sale. The percentage of your order donated will be donated as a lump sum alongside all of the orders that month for the specified charity. The donation will be made on the last day of each month. Proof of each donation can be sent to you via email. Please drop us a message to @SaraJewelleryOfficial or an email and we will be happy to send over a redacted copy of the proof of the donation.
Tamil Eelam Charity Necklaces
30% of yearly proceeds from all Tamil Eelam necklaces will be donated to Seredip Children's Home. This will be in the form of a lump sum at the end of the year.
How long will preorder take?
Pre-order dates will vary due to the current circumstances. Please allow 4-6 weeks for pre ordered goods.
How long does delivery take?
For UK orders, items should arrive within 3-5 business days of placing your order in normal circumstances. However please allow for a slight delay due to the courier services running at a slower pace than normal due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

What is Special Delivery?
Some of our items in our AMORE Collection are split in two pieces. We can deliver one piece to the person you have chosen and one to you if you choose Special Delivery (48 hours tracked) for Domestic Orders or Special Delivery (International) for International Orders. This will include the cost of tracked delivery to you and your chosen person. Please include your address in the checkout details and add your chosen person's address in the NOTE section on the checkout. Please ensure this is the correct address as we are not liable for any incorrect information provided to us.
How will my order be packaged?
All orders will be packed in a clean and hygienic environment in a luxurious pouch (included in all orders). Orders will be delivered in letterbox compatible packaging, this may vary depending on the order size and carrier.
My order hasn't arrived yet?
All orders placed via our online website will be shipped once payment is confirmed. For UK orders, items should arrive within 3-5 business days of placing your order. For International orders, items should arrive within 7-10 business days however please allow for a slight delay of 3-5 days over your estimated delivery date due to the slower shipping procedure due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Do you offer returns or exchange?

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately due to the outbreak of COVID-19 we are currently unable to offer a refund or exchange on ALL of our items due to hygienic purposes. Therefore all purchases are FINAL SALE. Please check your order carefully prior to purchase. However, if you are still unhappy or unsatisfied with your purchase please contact our sales team via email who may be willing to assist you in the form of a discount for a future purchase.
STANDARD PROCEDURE
Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges on some items for hygiene purposes. Please check the product description carefully prior to purchase.
Please drop us an email or a Direct Message via Instagram (@SaraJewelleryOfficial) to enquire about any returns or exchanges. If a return or exchange is offered you will be liable for the safe return of the product in the condition it was sold within the 30 day returns period. Free returns for orders over £30. If your order is under £30 then you will also have to pay for the return postage and packaging.
Alternatively, please contact our sales team who may be willing to offer a discount for a future order if you are unhappy or unsatisfied with any refundable or exchangeable product.
Do you offer gift cards and gift wrapping?
Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping can be purchased by adding this option to your basket alongside your order. Please email us any specific wrapping you may like or any special messages to appear on the gift tag. We will try our best to fulfil your request to the highest standards. We also offer a gift receipt for the items. Please enquire about this via email prior to purchase. Gift wrapping is non refundable
Gift Cards
Gifts cards can be purchased by adding this option to your basket. Please email us the name and email address of the recipient and any special messages to appear on the gift card.
Please enter your own email and address to complete the transaction. Do not enter the recipient's details. Please email us the recipients details separately.
An e-gift card will be sent out to you automatically via the email provided with the purchase if you do not contact us within 72 hours of the purchase to confirm the recipient of your gift card.
An additional fee may be charged for a physical gift card due to postage. Please enquire about this via email prior to purchase.
All gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. There is no expiry date on the gift cards.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Sterling silver and some metals will naturally tarnish over time however it is best to avoid contact with agents such as perfumes, creams and hairspray. We recommend to remove your jewellery before bathing, swimming or sleeping.
Will you restock items?
We will try our best to restock our popular items as soon as possible. Look out for exclusive announcements via Instagram.
